Tracey Thomas Partner
International Executive Lead
After studying for a BA(Hons) in Accountancy & Finance at the University of Plymouth, Tracey spent 6 years working in recruitment between London and Bristol. She joined an international recruitment organisation as a Key Account Manager, working with major financial services institutions and blue chip telecommunications organisations.
Progressing to a role as a senior level search consultant with a blue chip national firm, she specialised in the recruitment of finance professionals before joining Grieves Pryce in 2000. Her successful career led to her becoming a Partner in the company during 2005.
Her specialisms include the recruitment of Executive and Non-Executive Directors for NHS Foundation Trusts, and the identification of board level Directors and Senior Managers across all functions for a variety of clients within the, Pharmaceutical, IT, FMCG, Engineering, Logistics, Financial Services and The Third Sector.
Martin Hall Senior Consultant
and Research Associate
Martin has over 20 years experience in senior level research, recruitment, executive CV writing and advising top professionals on their career progression. After working with Merton Associates, a leading Executive Search firm, he joined first Hoggett Bowers and then Austin Knight, where he headed up the worldwide retail search and selection practice.
Following a successful career spanning a decade in recruitment he established and led The British Institute of Retailing, focused on improving management training and performance across the retail industry and building stronger links with UK Universities.
Martin works extensively across the FMCG, Defence, Manufacturing, Property, Education, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors as well as Government and the Consumer Service Industries, also undertaking numerous overseas assignments for corporates and individuals in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India and the Pacific Rim.
Mavis Evans Founder
Mavis worked for KPMG Management Consulting for many years and concluded her career with them as Head of Executive Search and Selection for the South West, working with a number of high profile international clients.
She established Grieves Pryce Executive Resourcing in 1995 and is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of the business. She has considerable experience of executive level recruitment in both the private and public sectors and over recent years she has developed a substantial portfolio of experience recruiting Chairman and Non-Executive Directors in a variety of sectors including large, complex public sector bodies and not-for-profit organisations.
Paul Thomas Director

Paul enjoyed a varied career working in 3M before holding roles as an Operations Manager within the IT sector before moving on to be an Area Sales Manager within the waste management and materials handling industries.
He joined Grieves Pryce in 2009 to expand and manage the industrial recruitment division and specialises in the recruitment of directors and senior managers across all functions for a variety of clients in the manufacturing, engineering, materials handling and waste management sectors.
Chris Jones Consultant
Christopher Jones has worked with Grieves Pryce since 2007 and advises on in-house IT requirements and website development needs. He also runs an independent IT Consultancy called Big Bambi.
